Genevieve MANENT and Pascale GROSSI.

Relaxations guided for CHILDREN (6-12 years).

This CD proposes the child to discover, to experiment and to develop the tools of his/her/its own détente. The relaxation concerns all children :

- in his/her/its role of awakening, she/it encourages the presence to oneself, calmness, the concentration, the confidence in one and the communication
- in his/her/its function of help, she/it can improve the sleep and the psychosomatic unrests, eczema, tics.

The goal is to pass by the body to learn to feel, to be conscious of what happens in itself and then to decide in knowledge of reason. The training is progressive, staked out of discoveries.

The setting in .uvre of the process makes itself from several elements :

- the bodily stances encourage the détente, the extériorisation or the interiorization, according to the needs
- the sensory exercises open the doors of the body and the sensation is concrete, unifying; she/it installs the reference marks and anchorages
- the breathing is alternately an invitation to let itself/themselves rock or a dynamics that makes advance; it is an opportunity for the child to discover the power of the breath that lives it
- the state of relaxation and the visualization propose to the child a real meeting with himself.

5 beaches: I let sink the détente, The colors, perfume, The night blue, Good night: a history to lull you.

Beach 1. I let sink the détente
Inspired of the Jacobson method, this first relaxation puts in play a sufficient contraction so that the child becomes aware of his/her/its tensions and parts stretched of his/her body. He/it passes to the stage to "feel what does without it him then when he/it releases ". She/it calls on an act of decision and a conscious choice. Again a few tonic and presented in a playful way. lasted: 5'28 ''

Beach 2. The colors
The colors to find levels of appeasement bound to the green of the nature, to the bruise of the sky or the sea, to the white of snow or to the pink of the flowers or clouds. lasted: 5'50 ''

Beach 3. perfume
The relaxation opens on the unconscious and the inspiration, as the night and the sleep open on the country of the dreams, as perfume. lasted: 5'55 ''

Beach 4. The blue night
"The blue night" is an invitation to the sleep; she/it unwinds the phases of the endormissement: * to install his/her/its environment and oneself * to free itself/themselves of the preoccupations of the day * facing his/her/its fears, to recover his/her/its security * to let itself/themselves rock by the breathing * to loosen his/her body... and to enter in the country of the dreams. lasted: 5'46 ''

Beach 5: Good night
A history to lull you when the sun lies down on one hand of the earth, it illuminates the other quoted and home in "night-light" like a ball of color in the child's c.ur. This one can slip then in the night to pick the light of the stars and already to feel the invisible presence of his/her/its dream-colors. lasted: 3'37 ''.
