complicity of products of the fresh and authentic soil.
The recepes of this book are the fruit of the creativity, of the competence
and of the enthusiasm of some big bosses, of which reputation largely exceeded
the borders of Belgium, France, of the Netherlands and of Luxembourg. Eddie van
Maele, Rudi de Volder, Sergio Herman, Renato Favaro, Jean-Luc Wahl, Roland
