More than forty cooks of reputation make display of all their creativity with an artisanal product par excellence: the beer Trappist of Westmalle.

And this one is far from being limited to the traditional potful winter... Its rich and varied character makes an inexhaustible source of it of inspiration throughout these 80 gastronomical creations.

Double of Westmalle, with the beautiful brownish dress, and Triple mordorée quickly appeared of ' beaux' ingredients with unsuspected culinary possibilities. How not to crack in front of the ' heart of cod with muslin to Westmalle' Triple, the ' gratiné Westmalle Bread with the cheese trappiste' or ' cherries marinated in Double Westmalle and meringue tendre'? The Double, Triple or the cheese of Westmalle hold them first roles in all the receipts of entries, dishes of consistency, dessert and desserts presented in this work, with the complicity of products of the fresh and authentic soil.

The recepes of this book are the fruit of the creativity, of the competence and of the enthusiasm of some big bosses, of which reputation largely exceeded the borders of Belgium, France, of the Netherlands and of Luxembourg. Eddie van Maele, Rudi de Volder, Sergio Herman, Renato Favaro, Jean-Luc Wahl, Roland Gauthier and well of others ' stars' of gastronomy make you share the secrecies of their trade.
