old woman drips. That it acts of pèkèt Walloon, of the typical juniper of
Hasselt, traditional brandy of Netherlands or of the North of France, it are as
many drinks but also of enthralling accounts which are worth the sorrow to be
discovered. Often, distillings of juniper are located in one superb area or have
impressive equipment. Why not in to make a goal of excursion - before of course
the traditional tasting of use ? And for the unconditional ones, each chapter
ends in the receipt of one speciality with juniper: either an original creation
of the author himself, or traditional of the regional kitchen, is the receipt of
a decided restorer to exploit all the pallet of tastes of juniper. Lastly, a
chapter gastronomical gives the occasion three chefs to show how to use juniper
in a creative way.
