Directions for use:

FACE: Apply a few drops to clean skin and massage gently until completely absorbed. You can also mix a few drops into your daily moisturizer.
BODY: Apply a few drops of chia oil to slightly damp skin. Gently massage to promote better absorption. The oil will penetrate deeply to intensely moisturize your skin and leave it feeling soft.
HAIR: Apply a small amount to the ends and lengths of your hair. Leave on for at least 20 minutes before shampooing.
