The maximum daily serving of 4 capsules provides 1,536 mg of inactivated brewer’s yeast, 10 mg of zinc, and 50 µg of biotin.

Ingredients:

Inactivated brewer’s yeast; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc bisglycinate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; D-biotin (vitamin B8).

Directions for use:

Take 2 to 4 capsules daily, preferably in the morning or at midday with a meal, accompanied by a glass of water.
