Ingredients:

Magnesium oxide; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; dry nettle leaf extract; dry birch leaf extract; dry eleutherococcus root extract; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Directions for use:
